Returns
We accept returns only for damaged or defective items as the garment is especially curated for you. If you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer support team at support@nivoraa.com within 7 days of receiving your order. To initiate the return process, please provide your order number, a description of the damage, unboxing video and clear photos of the damaged item.
Upon verification, we will provide instructions on how to return the item. Once we receive the damaged product, we will replace the product and send it to you.
Exchange Policy

Exchange Criteria
- To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Processing Time
